A Round Tuit
D’Arcy Norman posted a link in Twitter back in June that was one of only two favorites I’ve selected in Twitter. The link is for the PMARCA Guide to Personal Productivity. I am fascinated by the blog posting because half of the suggestions are things I do, and the other half I can’t even imagine. So now that I’ve gotten around to reviewing the posting again, I feel the need to attempt some of the suggestions.
Tomorrow I am going to try to follow the email suggestions. I will only check email twice; at 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST. When I check, I will answer all my messages and clear out those received tomorrow. I will leave the thousands of other messages in my in-boxes! I still am not convinced you need to organize in-boxes in email. It does not make a lot of sense to me to move things into folders, when we are steering away from that structure in all our other categorization techniques. I wish I knew of an email program where I could just take everything and then leave it in one place.

Is that what the Gmail hype is all about? I don’t have a gmail account. I will add it to my list of things to check out. Thanks for the heads up!

A Round Tuit…
I still have several of those round tuits. My Techniques of Teaching Biology professor used to hand them out all the time. LOL
Like the song says, “It’s a Small World After All” ;D
Enjoying the twitter…Keep it up! If you like science, maybe something I post will catch your eye. I am a share-alike person, so feel free.
