Keeping up - with training, technical knowledge, and product understanding - these issues are the same at the K-12 level as well.
The major difference between our two institutions are the age of our students - yours are adults who can make their own choices. Ours are minors so we add ‘duty of care’ to our work. That does impact what gets deployed, but the ‘how’s’ are the same.
